Christie Cohen
Chairman of the Board

Christie Cohen's rise to the top of Aloette and the cosmetic industry is the stuff business legends are made of. Christie has spent nearly 30 years promoting the virtues of proper skin care and beauty products. Her career, which began at Auburn University in 1979 where she sold Aloette products to pay for college, has taken her to a leadership role for the entire company. As Aloette Chairman of the Board, Christie is an American "dorm room to board room" success story.

After purchasing the company in 1998 and moving the headquarters from Philadelphia to Atlanta, Christie became personally involved in product development, redesigning the Aloette packaging and formulations to position the company as one of the best in the market. As a result, company revenues grew 15% in the first year of her stewardship and have since tripled in size.

Christie also serves as the Aloette spokesperson, introducing the Aloette brand to millions of households through the Shopping Channel in Toronto, Canada and the ShopNBC in the United States. While internally she is the driving force behind Aloette, to the millions of Aloette consumers she is the embodiment of the company's vision; she is a teacher, a supporter and an inspiration.

In addition to Aloette, Christie actively serves the needs of her community. She is involved in the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation, and as past-president of the Howard School Parent's Club, Christie was responsible for over $100,000 of private fundraising. Christie is also an active supporter of Pace Academy, St. Francis, and G-CAPP. Her forward-thinking approach to business and her hands-on work in the community have not gone unnoticed. Business-to-Business Magazine named her one of Atlanta's "Top Female Business Divas," and Georgia Trend Magazine selected Christie as one of "Georgia's Rising Stars." Her contributions have also been noted in Forbes, Atlanta City Magazine, The Atlanta Journal Constitution, Atlanta Business Chronicle and Jezebel.

As a mother, business owner and Aloette customer, Christie truly knows and appreciates that a woman who is empowered and in charge of her own destiny radiates genuine beauty and success from within.

Tom Judson
President

With more than 20 years of experience, Tom Judson knows what it takes to succeed in the luxury goods sales industry.

Before being named president of Aloette Cosmetics, Tom worked as the National Sales and Marketing Director with PM-International, a direct sales company based in Germany. He worked to develop the strategy to bring its products to the U.S. market, and within six months the company had recruited more than 1,000 new team partners. Prior to that, Tom worked as the National Vice President in Field Sales Development at Princess House, Inc., a direct seller of household goods. There he turned a four-year downward sales trend around to become number one in sales, recruiting and promoting growth in just 10 months. He also created and implemented a new market expansion plan, as well as a consultant recruiting program.

Tom began his sales career in 1986 with Tupperware Home Parties. He quickly became the top Tupperware consultant in the U.S. in 1989. The next year, Tom and his wife, Carol, took advantage of a franchise opportunity with the company in Akron, Ohio. After tripling their business in five years, Tom and Carol embarked on another franchise opportunity in upstate New York, which grew to become the leading U.S. franchise. With clear leadership and sales expertise, Tom will no doubt lead Aloette along the path of success.
