With a passion born from that tradition, Margie and Ron Kaufman spent several years traveling the length and breadth of the Bay in search of the definitive Maryland crab cake recipe. The crab cakes they went on to make weren’t just well received, they were ground breaking. Handmade and flash frozen to preserve the homemade flavor, the crab cakes set benchmarks and broke records on QVC, the world’s largest electronic retailer.
