Flo McRae is a medical aesthetician, international educator and motivational speaker with more than 30 years of sales training experience. Flo built and ran one of the most successful Aloette Franchises for 16 years. She achieved several sales milestones during her tenure. Flo obtained her aesthetician's license in 1998, and with two other partners developed a chemical peel and professional skin care company, CosMedix.

Flo's expertise in developing sales managers and client relationships has served CosMedix well in its goal of becoming the premier professional skin care company in the world.

Bettylou McIntosh has been involved with Astral Brands for more than 15 years. She is a medical aesthetician with more than 25 years of experience, as well as a trained body therapist and an international educator. 

After graduating from nursing school, Bettylou became an owner of three Aloette Cosmetics franchises, and later went on to develop skin care spas and work with skin care physicians.

In 2000, Bettylou started CosMedix, specializing in both the spa and medical skin care markets. Three years later, she and her partners united with Bob Cohen to bring the chirally correct skin care and peel line to Astral Brands. Today, Bettylou presides over the day-to-day business of the educational department, international sales and marketing and product development for CosMedix. In addition, Bettylou is currently studying at the California College of Naturopathic Medicine.
